RETURN POLICY

GetPaidToApply.com offers a limited Return Policy for purchased leads. Leads subject to this policy include those with one or more of the following:

Bad phone numbers
Wrong contact name
Leads that did not meet your filter criteria

Returns must be e-mailed to GetPaidToApply.com within three (3) business days of your receipt of the lead to receive a credit. Returns should be sent to: returns@ApplyOnTheWeb.com

ORDER INTEGRITY

GetPaidToApply.com guarantees the lead order quantities designated on each Lead Request Form. GetPaidToApply.com or Customer may choose to cancel after the quantity identified on the Lead Request Form is completed. Occasionally GetPaidToApply.com will send leads that are in addition to the quantity of the customer's last order. Customers may also verbally agree to purchase more leads. If customer has not cancelled service then customer's receipt of leads in addition to the quantity identified on the Lead Request Form are payable to GetPaidToApply.com based on the GetPaidToApply.com Terms and Conditions contained herein.

INFORMATION USE

We will collect and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. If you are interested in a Mortgage, Insurance or Cars, you may register with us and provide your name and contact information. We may use this information to send you information about other opportunities that fit your criteria, and we may contact you for other business purposes, such as to conduct surveys or to offer one of our other related services. When you submit your contact information we will provide to you the contact information of companies that may provide quotes from our database and, if available the most current information we have on other relavent companies or cars that you may be looking for as a selection. We also may share your information with other Mortgage, Insurance or Automotive web portals and other service providers so they may provide information to you on their opportunities we feel you may be interested in. If you do not want us to share your information with these other companies, do not submit any information. Once you have completed this expression of interest (or information request form) your information will be sent to our participating Sponsors and customers. One or more of our participating customers will contact you by telephone and or via the email address you provided. By submitting your expression of interest you are consenting to receive telephone calls from us and or our participating customers even if you are registered with any State or Federal Do Not Call Registry list. We use cookies for site administration purposes and which enable you to submit additional requests for information without having to retype personal details.

GENERAL INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

We use contact information to send information about our company and to service existing accounts. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. TERMS of SERVICE:

There will be no refunds and all sales are final. Any changes to your GetPaidToApply.com service plan must be in writing with signatures of both parties. This Terms and Conditions Agreement constitutes a legal and binding contract and is being executed by authorized personnel of both parties. No verbal understandings have any part of this agreement other than customer requesting to purchase more leads. All data fields are voluntarily selected and inputted by applicants. GetPaidToApply.com does not guarantee that applicant/homeowner has not applied multiple times elsewhere. GetPaidToApply.com only guarantees the applicants contact information as being valid. GetPaidToApply.com shall recover all costs including all attorneys' fees accrued for actions, cause of actions or any other disputes while collecting or defending itself as a company. With the exception of Live Transfers and Certified Leads, GetPaidToApply.com does not guarantee any financial, property or housing information provided by the customer. All lawsuits or other disputes must be filed or settled in Okaloosa County, Florida.
